Registrations for 2022

We have now reached full capacity. Due to this, we have temporarily closed registrations to new students whilst we ensure we can allocate all students who are waiting for a space an allocated lesson appointment. Please find out more below. 

Registrations for new students - temporarily closed 

Due to such high demand for our services, we are now working at full capacity and as such are unable to accept registrations from new students at this time. 

We are currently operating a waiting list and will reopen our registration form as soon as we have worked through the current backlog of students requesting lesson spaces.

Please be aware that closing our registration form to new students isn't an option we take lightly, however at R Hammond's Piano Lessons we believe in quality first teaching and providing a high standard of service and therefore allowing the registrations of new students at a time when we are trying to meet high demand wouldn't enable us to provide this high quality of service.

I'm interested in having lessons and would like to be added to the waiting list

We would be happy to add you to our waiting list. Please use the 'contact us' form to let us know you wish to be added to this waiting list. We will then send you a link for you to complete to enable you to do this. Following this, when we can then enrol you for lessons we will update you by email. 

How long will the registration form be closed?

We endeavour to only close our registration form for a temporary time to enable us to meet demand and ensure that there are spaces for everyone who needs them. As soon as we are able to accept new students we will activate our registration form again. Please check back here or contact us to find out more. 

I have registered on the waiting list but with to be removed, what should I do?

If you wish to be removed from the waiting list, please contact us and we will remove your details within 48 hours from our list. Should you wish to return to us, we would be more than happy to see you. 

I have been registered by an urgent referral - what should I do?

If you have been registered by an urgent referral to be seen e.g. for an upcoming examination or by a school, we will contact you in due course to discuss your registration and needs as soon as possible. Please beware however that in times of high demand and when we reach full capacity, our availability to help you may not be as immediate as we would wish it to be. We thank you for your patience.
